Here's one line from one scientific report that struck me:

What are we doing with that information? Do we question it? Does it seem about right to us?

Especially when I found another graph [2] that says it's way down from that and going down:

This brings me to a loss. If we can't agree on such a basic question, what are we doing?

I'm looking to be educated. I'm looking for people to explain to me current policy and actual implementation of what our government does in response to this epidemic of unknown size.

But every person I've met so far has been too busy doing their job. The system is so overtaxed. It can't even begin to explain itself.

We've got so much work to do.
