Medicare is a health insurance program available to all Americans aged 65 and over, as well as some Americans with disabilities of any age. Medicare is run by the federal government. Medicare is so big it is divided into four pieces: Part A, Part B, Part C, and Part D. This is a big conversation.

Much of my entire opinion is based on this truth: I only have negative anecdotes. I have met lots of people and those closest to federal offices tell me about how wasteful and inefficient they are. I rarely hear about them being well-run.

So it is my belief that Medicare's biggest problem is bureaucratic mess, and that can be tackled.
